Your 90-day MiPlace^™ Portal entitlement

Your 90-day entitlement to the MiPlace^™ Portal begins at the date and time of successful payment — not when you create your account. If you buy today it runs until 4 December 2026. Access to the Portal itself begins when you activate your account, and activating later does not pause, restart or extend the period.

Please activate your MiPlace^™ Portal account and use the package within that period. We will email you an activation link immediately after payment and remind you if you have not activated.

Project Specific Consultation and Site Visit must also be arranged and used within the same period. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you to arrange it, and we ask you to give us reasonable availability. If you do not engage with us despite those attempts, the unused service expires with the entitlement. If we are responsible for a delay or failure to provide it, that expiry does not apply and you keep your legal remedies.

This is a contractual entitlement period. It is not a cancellation period and it does not remove any statutory right.

Your cancellation rights

Because you are buying online, you normally have 14 days from entering into the contract to cancel and receive a refund. That period runs until 19 September 2026 and is separate from the 90-day entitlement above.

Access begins immediately, so we ask you to confirm below that you want supply to start straight away. If you then cancel within the 14 days, we may charge only for what has actually been supplied up to that point, calculated in proportion to the full price. If the service has been fully performed during that period with your agreement, the right to cancel is lost.

Any amount retained on a lawful cancellation is calculated strictly in accordance with the law. We do not deduct payment-processing or administration charges from a refund you are entitled to.
