Your 90-day MiPlace™ Portal entitlement
90 days of access to the MiPlace™ Portal, starting when MiL Architects Ltd confirms your payment and provides your access. The period does not start when you send your request or when we issue your invoice.
Once your payment is confirmed we will email you your access details. Please use the package within that period.
Project Specific Consultation must also be arranged and used within the same period. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you to arrange it, and we ask you to give us reasonable availability. If you do not engage with us despite those attempts, the unused service expires with the entitlement. If we are responsible for a delay or failure to provide it, that expiry does not apply and you keep your legal remedies.
This is a contractual entitlement period. It is not a cancellation period and it does not remove any statutory right.
Your cancellation rights
Because you are buying at a distance, you normally have 14 days from entering into the contract to cancel and receive a refund. That period is separate from the 90-day entitlement above.
Sending a request does not take a payment or start any supply. We will confirm the cancellation position with you when we arrange payment and access.
Any amount retained on a lawful cancellation is calculated strictly in accordance with the law. We do not deduct payment-processing or administration charges from a refund you are entitled to.
